Our academy system follows a holistic development model incorporating technical training, tactical education, physical conditioning, and mental preparation.
Comprehensive coach development pathways from beginner to advanced levels, aligned with AFC and FIFA coaching conventions. Our programs combine theoretical knowledge with practical application, preparing coaches for various roles within the football ecosystem.
Dedicated programs to increase participation of girls and women in football through safe environments, qualified female coaches, and competitive platforms.
Developing football opportunities for athletes with disabilities, including CP football, blind football, and amputee football programs.
Extending our development initiatives to rural and tribal areas, identifying raw talent often overlooked by traditional scouting systems.
Federation Establishment: Khelo Football Ecosystem Development Federation officially registered as a Section 8 non-profit company in Mumbai, Maharashtra (CIN: U80901MH2020NPL350467). Initial planning and stakeholder consultations began.
Pilot Programs Launched: Initiated grassroots football programs in 12 Mumbai municipal schools, reaching approximately 800 children. Signed first memorandum of understanding with Maharashtra Education Department.
Regional Expansion: Extended operations to Pune and Nagpur divisions. Conducted first coach education certification course with 35 participants. Established partnerships with 3 local football clubs.
National Outreach Begins: Launched programs in Delhi, Karnataka, and Kerala. Conducted first national scouting camp identifying 47 talents for advanced training pathways. Website www.fo15.com officially launched.
Infrastructure Development: Inaugurated first dedicated training facility in Navi Mumbai with artificial turf pitch, gymnasium, and classroom facilities. Signed technical partnership with European football consultancy.
Current Operations & Vision 2025: Operating in 15+ states with 45 ongoing development programs. Planning establishment of residential academy complex and launching digital learning platform for remote coaching. Targeting direct impact on 50,000 youth annually by 2025.
